The Challenge

A vertical SaaS brand in the executive-leadership space faced two problems at once. Its addressable search space was enormous — roughly 1,598 leadership terms with no architecture organizing them — and its branded SERPs and AI answers were being shaped by review noise the brand didn't control, undercutting trust right at the decision point.

The Strategy

We mapped the ~1,598-term universe into a hub-and-spoke content architecture: authoritative topic hubs, supporting spokes for the long tail, and schema-rich landing pages so both Google and AI engines could parse the brand's expertise cleanly. Alongside the content work, we ran an ORM strategy to reshape what surfaced on branded queries and suppress review noise in both classic search and AI-generated answers.

What We Shipped

How We Measured

Reporting tracked coverage across the leadership universe, the health of branded SERPs and AI answers, and how cleanly the brand's entity was represented in AI search — not vanity traffic alone.

Anonymized at the client's request — the engagement is real; the brand name is withheld.
