Terms of Service

1. About QueryMint

QueryMint ("the Service") is a SaaS tool operated by QueryMint ("we", "us", "our") that tracks brand mentions in Google AI Overviews using live search data. The Service is accessible at querymint.com/queryradar.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use the Service. By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and current.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at info@querymint.com of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You may not share your account credentials with others.

4. Wallet & Payments

• Access to QueryMint modules requires an active subscription on one of our published plans (Starter, Growth, Pro, or Enterprise). Plans are billed monthly.
• Additional balance can be purchased via one-time payments or a monthly subscription.
• Purchased balance does not expire and is tied to your account.
• All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
• Prices are listed in USD and subject to change with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
• Use automated scripts to abuse the API or exhaust your balance artificially.
• Resell, sublicense, or transfer access to the Service to third parties without written consent.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

6. Data & API Usage

QueryMint uses live search data to retrieve SERP results. Query results are stored on our servers and associated with your account. You retain ownership of your brand data and query lists. We do not sell your data to third parties.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect the Service. We are not liable for any losses arising from service downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QueryMint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. Unused purchased balance may be refunded at our discretion — see our Refund Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Delhi, India.
