Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. One-Time Top-Up Purchases

Top-up packs are non-refundable once your balance has been used. Your balance is consumed each time a query is run against our search API.

• If you top up and have not used any of the balance, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
• Partially used packs are not eligible for refunds on the used portion.
• If the balance was not delivered due to a technical error, we will either issue a full refund or credit your account — your choice.

2. Monthly Subscription

• You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing info@querymint.com.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again.
• Credits already added for the current month are yours to keep and use after cancellation.
• We do not offer prorated refunds for unused days in a billing period.
• If you are charged after confirming cancellation, we will issue a full refund immediately.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email info@querymint.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

• Your username or registered email
• Date of purchase
• Amount paid
• Reason for the refund request

We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

4. Disputes & Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We're small and responsive — most issues are resolved within 24 hours. Chargebacks without prior contact may result in account suspension.
