We do not collect your real name, phone number, physical address, or any unnecessary personal information.

3. How We Use Your Data

To provide and improve the QueryMint service
To process payments and manage your account balance
To send transactional emails (payment receipts, support responses)
To detect and prevent abuse or fraud
To comply with legal obligations

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or marketing without your explicit consent.

4. Third-Party Services

Third-party SERP providers — Your query keywords are sent to third-party search data providers to retrieve SERP data.
Stripe — Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.

We do not use analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or social media widgets on the platform.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on servers hosted in India. We use industry-standard security practices including password hashing, HTTPS encryption, and session-based authentication. We regularly review and update our security practices.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your account and data
Export your query and run data

8. Cookies

QueryMint uses only a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party cookies.
